We are sorry we do not allow any outside food brought into Chipmunks Playland & Cafe except for dietary reasons. But we do provide variance of healthy food, snack and beverage in Charlie’s Cafe
Do we need socks?
Yes. Don’t worry, if you forgot them we have them available for purchase at our Merchandise store.
Do you offer group or discount rates?
Yes we do. We also offer group rates for camps, school groups and other large parties. Please contact your local store for more information
Can we walk-in anytime?
Yes! During operating hours, but you are also welcome to check our store visitor capacity, to avoid a full house situation.
Does admission include all of the rides?
No, admission only covers major play such as naughty fort, inflatable, multimedia and creativity area. For special rides you need to purchase coins to play.
Are wheelchairs and strollers available?
Our store has wheelchair facilities such as toilet, entrance door etc, but we do not provide rental of wheelchairs and strollers.
Can I use a credit card or personal check to purchase tickets?
We take VISA, Mastercard, American Express and other major cards. Sorry, no personal cheques allowed.
Do you have private party rooms?
Yes we do. Every party has its own private party room.
Do we need a final headcount?
Yes, we will need a final head count 72 hours prior to the party, so we can make any necessary adjustments to the party package. At that time, the remainder of your balance will be charged. No exceptions please. Once we have a final headcount from you and the balance has been charged, packages cannot be altered.
How about decorations? Can I bring my own?
Sure, but please make sure you can take home any decorations that you bring in. We often have other parties scheduled after yours. Silly string, confetti, and streamers delay the room being ready and an additional cleaning fee may be assessed for these types of decorations. But our party room has been fully theme decorated to save your cost.
Do you have balloons?
Yes we do and you can purchase them in our merchandising store area or let your party planner know at the time you make your reservation.
Birthday Food Policy: Can I bring in my own food?
You can bring your own cake, no other outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Can we book a party at the store location in person?
Yes we have reservationists at the store that can assist you in booking your party and ordering food, party bags and balloons.
