Proven background in hospitality, retail, leisure, or fast-paced customer service operations. You know how to manage daily floor workflows, lead a team through peak weekend rushes, and keep operations running seamlessly.

KNOW THE MARKET

Local Market Knowledge

Established experience operating within the Australia or New Zealand retail and business landscape. You understand local consumer expectations, employment standards, and community dynamics.

LEAD FROM THE FRONT

Leadership & Work Ethic

A natural, hard-working team leader who leads by example on the floor. You hold high standards, motivate junior staff, and take direct responsibility for your store’s culture and performance.

CUSTOMERS FIRST

Customer-First Mentality

A proactive communicator who thrives on human connection. You are comfortable walking the floor, engaging with parents, following up party enquiries over the phone, and consistently going above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment.
